Research on the Operation and Feedback Strategy of the Cultivation Mechanism of Model Workers and Craftsmen's Spirit under the Perspective of Automatic Control Theory
Vocational education is the main channel for cultivating skilled talents,and cultivating a reserve army of great craftsmen is a historical responsibility and an important mission that vocational education must assume.In the general environment of vocational education in the new era,the construction and posi-tive operation of the cultivation mechanism of model workers and craftsmen's spirit are especially impor-tant.Currently,there are still obstacles in the operation of the existing mechanism for cultivating the spir-it of model workers and craftsmen in vocational colleges.Taking transportation majors in vocational colle-ges as an example,taking automatic control theory as the theoretical basis,and through investigation and analysis of the operation status of the training mechanism,suggestions on optimizing the training mecha-nism for model workers and artisans in vocational colleges are raised,and the feedback strategy research on the operation of the training mechanism is explored.
