On the Construction of Rural Credit System from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization:Connotation,Dilemma,and Optimization
The construction of rural credit system is an important issue related to the high-quality develop-ment of rural revitalization.From the perspective of rural revitalization,by interpreting the value connota-tion of the rural credit system at the political,economic,social,cultural,and ecological levels,analyzing the practical difficulties of the rural credit system in terms of credit concept education,credit information platform construction,and rural financial system construction,understanding the shortcomings of the cur-rent rural credit system construction,and pointing out the direction for optimizing the path of rural credit system construction.In order to ensure the effective deployment of rural revitalization strategy,the con-struction of rural credit system should make full use of the Internet and big data technology to improve the construction of credit information platform;consolidating credit consensus through publicity and educa-tion;under the leadership of the government,diverse entities participate in joint consultation and construc-tion;focusing on"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",clarifying the direction of construction.
