In order to systematically understand the degree of industrialization of Wudi sports intangible cultural heritage,this paper adopts research methods such as literature,field investigation,systematic a-nalysis and logical analysis,taking Wuxi sports intangible cultural heritage as the main research object,analyzing the industrial policy and cultural environment of Wuxi sports intangible cultural heritage along the two main lines of theory and practice,systematically presenting the present situation of Wuxi sports intangible cultural heritage resources,and aims to find problems.It provides reference for realizing indus-trial transformation and development in the later stage.The results showed that Wuxi legislated early to protect the intangible cultural heritage,and the public cultural service system was perfect.A new pattern of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance has been formed.The integration of intangible cultural heritage protection into the national education system is at the forefront;Wuxi Pattern Stone Lock,Fengyu Dragon and other projects have good inheritance,protection and influence;the academic at-tention of sports intangible cultural heritage and the level of sports intangible cultural heritage list should be improved;professional talent is scarce;the degree of sports intangible cultural heritage industrialization still needs to be improved.Suggestion:strengthen government function,perfect policy guarantee system;deepen the connotation of sports intangible cultural heritage and expand the path of industrial develop-ment;cultivate"craftsman spirit",build Wuxi sports intangible heritage brand;strengthen the construc-tion of talent team,promoting the inheritance of education,improving the ability of industrial develop-ment;based on the market demand,with new technology to lead the development of sports intangible cul-tural heritage industry.
