Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee,with XI Jinping as the core leader,firmly adhered to the principle of"not letting a student drop out of school due to financial difficulties in their family"and established a Chinese characteristic student funding policy system that covers"all stages of study,all schools,and all students from poor families".Funding education is an important component of ideological and political work,which is related to whether students can attend school and whether they can attend well.Therefore,exploring the"dual cycle"path of funding education under the perspective of"Sanquan education"is conducive to promoting the transformation of the funding education model in universities towards precision,refinement,comprehensiveness,and moderniza-tion.
