Research on Strategies for Improving the Quality of Talent Training in Applied Undergraduate Schools—From the Perspective of Quality Evaluation of Bachelor's Degree Awarding
Based on the characteristics of undergraduate talents in applied undergraduate schools, this study explores the connotation of application-oriented undergraduate education in China and the current status of the bachelor's degree awarding quality evaluation system. It is found that there are some problems in the talent cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges in our country, such as the convergence with the traditional undergraduate degrees, the ambiguous conditions of conferring degrees, and the lack of industry attributes in the awarding work.In order to solve the above problems, the design of evaluation system of local application-oriented undergraduate schools in China should be based on the connotation of the application-oriented undergraduate degree conferring, improving the awarding system, strengthening the conditions for conferring bachelor's degrees to promote the quality of awarding, strengthening the"in-dustry-oriented"orientation of talent cultivation, and highlight the"application-oriented"evaluation to cultivate application-oriented talents who are oriented to majors and industries, and are good at solving practical problems with theoretical knowledge.
