The Exploration of Practical Paths of High-Quality Development of Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
Mental health education,which is an important part of ideological and political education in Chi-na,faces new opportunities and challenges in the context of high-quality development of vocational educa-tion.High-quality development requires mental health education in higher vocational colleges to make per-sonalized allocation of resources according to students'needs,collaborative participation of multiple sub-jects,tap into local cultural characteristics,and help students pursue self-realization and psychological happiness.However,there are some shortcomings in mental health education at present.The top-level de-sign,professional team building,educational concept and method,and cultural characteristics need to be improved and optimized.Therefore,in the future,more emphasis should be placed on construction of guiding system guarantee and hierarchical mental health services;integrating internal and external re-sources,and encouraging collaboration of multiple subjects;focusing on mental health literacy enhance-ment and shaping positive psychological qualities;infusing Chinese cultural characteristics and exploring local psychological education models.
