摘要
在中国企业"走出去"和中国职业教育国际化的双重背景下,高职院校开展来华留学生"中文+职业技能"教育已成为服务中资企业海外发展和"一带一路"建设新的人才支撑点.面对人才培养目标不明确、课程体系不完善、资源开发不充分等困境,高职院校应制订并实施"中文+职业技能"特色人才培养方案,打造"中文+职业技能"特色课程体系,开发"中文+职业技能"师资和教学资源,创建"中文+职业技能"留学生教育品牌,培养符合企业需求的高素质技术技能人才,提升职业教育国际化办学水平,助力"一带一路"建设高质量发展.
Abstract
In the dual context of Chinese enterprises going global and the internationalization of Chinese vo-cational education,the implementation of"Chinese+vocational skills"education for international students in higher vocational colleges has become a new talent support point for serving the overseas development of Chinese-funded enterprises and the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.In the face of the difficul-ties such as unclear talent training program,imperfect curriculum system and inadequate resource develop-ment,higher vocational colleges should cultivate high-quality technical talents that meet the needs of en-terprises,improve the international level of vocational education,and help the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative construction by formulating and implementing talent training programs with"Chinese+vocational skills"characteristics,building a well-established"Chinese+vocational skills"curric-ulum system,developing"Chinese+vocational skills"teaching resources,and create an education brand of"Chinese+vocational skills"for international students.
