共生视角下行业产教融合共同体评价指标体系研究——基于德尔菲法和层次分析法

行业产教融合共同体作为产教融合的新型载体和组织形态,科学系统的评价指标体系可以有效助推共同体的规范化建设、成果化检验以及示范化推广。以共生理论及其三要素(共生单元、共生模式、共生环境)为理论分析框架,构建行业产教融合共同体评价指标,并分别采用德尔菲法确定趋于集中的专家意见指标,采用层次分析法计算相关指标权重系数。研究结果显示,共生主体的关键作用能够对共同体建设进行关系协调,专家对牵头主体及政府的角色期待较高;共生模式以共同价值、目标为旨归,在逻辑自洽的同时更需注重协同创新;有利于正向发展的共生环境需要各主体的共同建构,政策环境、制度环境、产业环境等是共同体建设的关键支持与保障。
Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Industry's Industry-education Integration Community from the Perspective of Symbiosis——Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process
As a new carrier and organizational form for the integration of industry and education,the Indus-try's Industry-Education Integration Community has a scientific and systematic evaluation index system that can effectively promote the community's standardized construction,achievement testing,and demon-stration promotion.Using the symbiosis theory and its three elements(symbiosis unit,symbiosis model,and symbiosis environment)as the theoretical analysis framework,evaluation indicators for the industry's industry-education integration community are constructed,Delphi method is used to determine the central-ized expert opinion indicators,and Analytic Hierarchy Process method is used to calculate the weight coef-ficient of relevant indicators.The research results indicate that the key role of the symbiotic subject is to coordinate relationships in community construction,and the role of the leading subject and the government is expected to be high;the symbiotic model aims at common values and goals,and pay more attention to collaborative innovation while maintaining logical self-consistency;the symbiotic environment that is con-ducive to positive development needs the joint construction of all subjects,and the policy environment,in-stitutional environment,industrial environment,etc.are the key support and guarantees for community building.
