Research on the Development Strategy of Vocational Education Group Enterprises from the Perspective of Industry Driven Development
With the deep development of various industries in society,the level of demand for professional and technical talents is constantly increasing.It is difficult to achieve effective allocation of market technol-ogy talent resources,which does not match the employment needs of enterprises.In this context,the group enterprise education model has emerged,with enterprises as the main body of education,combined with the technical talent training resources of vocational colleges and enterprises,to achieve innovative de-velopment of vocational education talent training models.Therefore,based on the new situation and re-quirements of social and industrial development,the study deeply analyzes the current situation of voca-tional education group enterprise education,explores the existing problems and internal reasons of enter-prise education,and proposes optimization development strategies for vocational education group enterprise education from the perspective of industrial development drive,promoting the deep integration of vocation-al education and industrial comprehensive development,and promoting the innovative development of mod-ern vocational education.
