Value Review and Realization Path of the Integration of Craftsmanship and Ideological and Political Education under the Trend of Skilled Talents Training
After the country enters the stage of high-quality development,the cultivation of skilled talents has become the general trend of the current education development,in which the cultivation of craftsman spirit is a key part in the cultivation of skilled talents.On the basis of analyzing the internal connection be-tween craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education,as well as the integration value of crafts-manship spirit and ideological and political education,this paper explores the practical path of integrating craftsmanship spirit with ideological and political education.Research has found that to achieve the inte-gration of craftsmanship spirit and ideological and political education,multiple subjects need to work to-gether to optimize the ideological and political teaching system and integrate craftsmanship spirit teaching;encourage students to strengthen practice and simultaneously promote ideological and political education;build a collaborative education mechanism to enhance the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit;integrate on-line teaching resources and expand integrated cultivation methods.
