A strong country must first strengthen agriculture,and a strong country can only be strong when agriculture is strong.New quality productivity is a new type of productivity that is based on innova-tion to generate high-quality production factors,with industry as the carrier and high-quality development as the goal.The high-quality development of agriculture empowered by new quality of productivity can both cultivate new momentum of agricultural development and shape the new industry.However,insuffi-cient investment in agricultural research and development,the lack of rural scientific and technological tal-ents,low agricultural added value,and rough agricultural production methods,etc restrict the high-quality development of agriculture.Therefore,we should take scientific and technological innovation as the funda-mental driving force to improve agricultural production efficiency;take rural talents as the first resource to revitalize human resources;take digital and intellectual empowerment as an important feature to promote industrial chain integration;and take green transformation as a distinctive orientation to develop green and low-carbon agriculture.
