Currently,the trend of aging population in China is obvious,and the number of elderly patients with diseases is increasing day by day,the requirements for medical quality are also constantly improving,the development of integrated medical and elderly care services has become inevitable.However,in the current process of providing elderly care services in medical and elderly care integrated institutions,there are problems such as defects in contract performance,personnel not meeting qualification standards,in-complete laws and regulations,and a lack of industry standards.This not only affects the quality of elderly care services,but also hinders the promotion and popularization of China's medical and elderly care inte-grated institution elderly care model.In order to truly provide high-quality medical and elderly care serv-ices for the elderly population,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of institutional elderly care service contracts,the qualifications of internal nursing staff,clarify the division of powers and responsibili-ties of institutional supervisory departments,and improve industry standards for elderly care services in medical and elderly care institutions.
