新时代劳动观科学地回答了新时代为什么要坚持和发展劳动,坚持和发展什么样的劳动以及怎样坚持和发展劳动等一系列重要问题,主要包括劳动价值观、劳动主体观、劳动精神观和劳动育人观等,其思想深邃,内涵丰富.新时代劳动观融入高职思想政治教育对促进立德树人,提升教育实效,推动强国建设具有重要价值.高职院校要从课程教学、协同育人和保障机制等方面着力推进高职学生德智体美劳全面发展.
Abstract
The new era labor concept scientifically answers a series of important questions such as why we should adhere to and develop labor,what kind of labor we should adhere to and develop,and how to ad-here to and develop labor in the new era,which mainly includes the concept of labour values,the concept of labour subject,the concept of labour spirit and the concept of labour education,and is rich in profound thoughts and connotations.The integration of the concept of labour in the new era into ideological and po-litical education in higher vocational education is of great value in promoting moral education,enhancing the effectiveness of education and promoting the construction of a strong nation.Vocational colleges should focus on promoting the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labour of higher vocational students from the aspects of curriculum teaching,collaborative education and guaran-tee mechanism.
