摘要

新时代背景下,加强高校基层党校建设、发挥党校铸魂育人功能,对高校坚持立德树人根本任务、落实"三全育人"具有重要意义.本文基于马克思主义的世界观和方法论,深入分析了新时代高校基层党校铸魂育人的价值意蕴,剖析了当前党校铸魂育人面临的现实困境,进而提出深化理论武装、强化实践教学、拓展育人平台、创新教育模式、加强师资建设、健全评价体系六个方面的实践路径,以期为新时代高校基层党校铸魂育人提供理论参考和实践指导.

Abstract

In the context of the new era,strengthening the construction of grass-roots party schools in higher education institutions and enhancing their role in shaping character and educating students has sig-nificant implications for colleges and universities to uphold the fundamental task of moral education and im-plement the"Three-wide Education"approach.This paper deeply analyzes the value implications of char-acter shaping and education in grass-roots party schools in the new era,dissects the current practical chal-lenges faced by party schools in character shaping and education based on the worldview and methodology of Marxism,and further proposes six practical paths:deepening theoretical armament,strengthening prac-tical teaching,expanding education platforms,innovating educational models,enhancing faculty develop-ment,and improving evaluation systems.These suggestions aim to provide theoretical references and prac-tical guidance for character shaping and education in grass-roots party schools of higher education institu-tions in the new era.
