The depth tutoring is an essential skill for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education and management of students.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,in or-der to better implement the education revitalization concept of"helping the poor and supporting the wise,assisting the needy and supporting aspirations"and promote the coordinated promotion of subsidizing and education,to address the disadvantages existing in the current work of subsidizing education in colleges and universities,it is necessary and feasible to integrate depth tutoring into the work of subsidizing educa-tion in colleges and universities.Through constructing relevant knowledge frameworks,enhancing train-ing systems,and building mutual assistance platforms,the quality of subsidizing education will be further improved.
