In the context of digital transformation,vocational colleges,as important places for cultivating new quality talents,are closely related to the development of new quality productivity.From an internal logical perspective,new quality productivity drives the transformation of the vocational college system,and vocational education is an important factor in the development of new quality productivity.Therefore,vocational education and the development of new quality productivity interact in both directions.At pres-ent,vocational colleges are facing the urgent need to update the concept of vocational education and deepen the integration of industry and education in cultivating new quality talents.Some vocational college teach-ers have weak research abilities,and the level of openness of vocational colleges to the outside world still needs to be improved.Therefore,vocational colleges must update their educational philosophy and estab-lish a new concept of high-quality talents;Promote the empowerment of digital intelligence and cultivate new talents through the integration of industry and education;Taking multiple measures to enhance teach-ers'research abilities;Deepen opening up to the outside world and promote the construction of a strong vo-cational education country.
