Research on the Construction of"Double-Qualified"Teacher Teams in Vocational Colleges
"Double-Qualified"teachers,who possess both professional theoretical knowledge and industry practical experience,are of great significance in improving the teaching quality of higher vocational educa-tion.However,there are many problems in the cultivation,recognition,and professional development of"Double-Qualified"teachers in current vocational colleges,such as insufficient professional competence of teachers,unclear recognition standards,and imperfect training mechanisms.By systematically reviewing and analyzing relevant policy literature in recent years,this article reveals the internal logic and develop-ment trend of the construction of"Double-Qualified"teaching teams,and proposes specific optimization suggestions from the aspects of policy optimization,mechanism improvement,and construction of a teach-er professional development support system.These suggestions aim to provide new perspectives and solu-tions for the construction of"Double-Qualified"teacher teams in vocational colleges,in order to better meet the demand for high skilled talents in society and promote the reform and development of vocational education.
