随着我国职业教育迈向提质培优的新阶段,育训结合成为职业教育新发展阶段的新要求。本文通过厘清育训结合的内涵要求、教师专业发展的理念,从教师个体成长、同侪互助、目标指向逻辑出发,探讨育训结合与职业院校教师专业发展的内在逻辑意蕴。育训结合有助于提升教师专业素质,提供教师专业发展途径,最终实现打造育训皆能的工匠之师的目标。基于育训结合驱动职业院校教师专业发展的现实堵点,从着眼平台构建、深化校企合作、建立育训体系三个维度探析推进职业院校教师专业发展的实践路径。
The Logical Implication and Practical Path of the Combination of Education and Training to Drive the Professional Development of Teachers in Vocational Colleges
With our country's vocational education moving towards a new stage of improving quality and cultivating excellence,the combination of education and training has become a new requirement in the new development stage of vocational education.By clarifying the connotation requirements of the combination of education and training,and the concept of teacher professional development,this paper discusses the in-ternal logical implications of the combination of education and training and the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges from the perspectives of teacher individual growth,peer mutual assistance and goal-oriented logic.The combination of education and training helps to improve the professional quali-ty of teachers,provides ways for teacher professional development,and finally realizes the goal of building craftsmen who can both education and training.Based on the practical blocking point that the combination of education and training drives the professional development of vocational college teachers,this paper ana-lyzes the practical path to promote the professional development of vocational college teachers from three dimensions:platform construction,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,and establishing education and training system.
