高职院校内部质量保证体系"二元理性"耦合策略研究——以江苏信息职业技术学院学生层诊改为例

摘要
本文在分析工具理性和价值理性在职业教育场域中各种表现形式的基础上,论述了由"二元理性"对立引发的现实困境.结合高职院校内部质量保证体系的基本架构和工作模式,以学生层面为切入点,提出以"二元理性"耦合为特征的诊改工作模式,论述了以"五育并举"打造诊改两链、以"三全育人"运行诊改螺旋、以"机制创新"加速诊改引擎等高职院校内部质量保证体系"二元理性"耦合策略.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the various manifestations of instrumental rationality and value rationali-ty in the field of vocational education,this paper discusses the real dilemmas caused by the opposition of"dual rationality".Combining the basic framework and working mode of the internal quality assurance sys-tem in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes a diagnosis and improvement model characterized by the coupling of"dual rationality",with a focus on the student level,discusses three coupling strategies of"dual rationality"in the internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges:"integrating the five aspects of education"to build a dual-chain diagnosis and improvement system,"implementing three-wide education"to operate the diagnosis and improvement spiral,and"promoting institutional innovation"to accelerate the diagnosis and improvement engine.
