Current Situation and Coping Strategies of Vocational College Students'Psychological Crisis from the Perspective of"Great Ideological and Political"Education—An Example of Wuxi Institute of Communications Technology
The survey statistics of relevant departments in China show that a large number of university students currently have psychological problems of varying degrees.Psychological crisis events among col-lege students occur frequently,therefore,it is urgent to understend the current situation of college students'mental health and develop and implement effective intervention strategies.At present,the inter-vention and prevention of psychological crisis of college students is mainly carried out through the mental health level,and in the process of interviewing,it is found that the reasons for college students'psycho-logical crisis are mostly the lack of sense of meaning of life and cannot find the social value of their own ex-istence.Therefore,ideological and political education should be integrated in psychological crisis interven-tion and prevention,leading individuals to construct a positive world view,outlook on life and values,guiding college students to find the direction of life development,and preventing the occurrence of psycho-logical crisis events.Taking the actual work of mental health education in Wuxi Institute of Communica-tions Technology in Jiangsu Province as an example,this paper reflects and summarizes the coping strate-gies of students'psychological crisis under the"big ideological and political"system through the research and analysis of the psychological screening results of the whole school,and puts forward corresponding views.
