As the unprecedented great changes in the world over the past century are accelerating,foreign language education is playing an increasingly important role in China's merging into and going with the global trend by cultivating the communication talents who can understand China and connect the world.This paper discusses the requirements of facilitating international communication for foreign language education in the New Era,and puts forward some strategies of enhancing students'international communication capacity in foreign language education,so as to promote the high-quality development of foreign language discipline.
