摘要
英语专业目前是我国高校第一大本科专业.办好英语专业、培养高素质英语专业人才,科学合理的课程设置最为关键.本文结合世界高等教育本科课程模式的发展趋势以及新时期对外语专业人才的要求,提出"通专并重"的英语专业课程方案,并给出具体开课建议.各英语专业建设点可参考这一新的课程方案,依据学校办学定位和人才培养目标定位,做好相关课程开发,突出特色,错位发展,确保人才培养质量.
Abstract
English is currently the most extensive undergraduate programme in Chinese universities.For the successful operation of an English programme and the cultivation of high-quality English professionals,having a well-designed curriculum is of paramount importance.After reviewing the international trend in undergraduate curriculums and considering our current need for foreign language professionals,this study proposes a curriculum for English that emphasises both general and specialised education and provides specific course recommendations.It encourages each university to tailor its own English programme in accordance with its unique goals,strengths,and resources,and make every effort to turn out first-rate English graduates.
