人机互动协商能力:ChatGPT与外语教育

当前,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能(AI)系统正在全球范围内得到广泛应用.大家的关注点已从"是否应使用AI"转向"如何有效利用AI".在实践中,我们发现人机互动协商能力是影响AI应用效果的关键因素,对该能力的培养至关重要.通过对人机互动协商能力的研究,我们将其分解为五个构成要素:理解AI、设定目标、发布指令、分析反馈和调整策略,这五个要素共同构成了人与AI互动协商的动态过程.此外,我们提出在外语教育中开设一门专门课程的建议,旨在达成两个主要目标:一是提高学生的人机互动协商能力;二是提高学生的英语学习效率.课程内容包括三个模块:AI导论、案例教学和项目操作.最后,我们强调在教学过程中,应注重实践导向、循序渐进和及时反馈这三个教学原则.
Human-AI interactive negotiation competence:ChatGPT and foreign language education
Generative Artificial Intelligence(AI)systems such as ChatGPT are widely applied worldwide.At the same time,the focus has shifted from"whether AI should be used"to"how to effectively utilize AI."In practice,we found that human-AI interactive negotiation competence(HAINC)is a key factor affecting the effectiveness of AI applications.Based on our experiential study,the HAINC was divided into five essential components:understanding AI,setting goals,issuing instructions,analyzing feedback,and adjusting strategies.Together,these five elements constitute the dynamic process of human-AI interactive negotiation.To enhance the HAINC,we proposed the establishment of a specialized course in foreign language education.The course aims to achieve two main objectives:to enhance students'HAINC and improve their English learning efficiency.The course content includes three modules:an introduction to AI,case-based teaching,and project operations.In the teaching process,we emphasized the teaching principles of practice-oriented,incremental learning,and timely feedback.
