The cultivation of talents is of great significance to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and is also the core issue in building China into a strong nation in education.This paper discusses the role of college foreign language education in building China into a strong nation from three aspects:implementing the fundamental task of moral education,reconstructing the college foreign language curriculum system,and advancing artificial intelligence-empowered college foreign language teaching.
