面向国别与区域研究转型的法语教师能动性研究

本研究关注我国高校法语教师在国别与区域研究转型中的能动性表现及其影响因素,并基于生态视角,对10位法语教师进行半结构式访谈.研究发现:法语教师的能动性表现经历了从观念冲击到结构互动,再到转型友好环境构建的发展历程,并呈现出三种类型和趋势;教师的跨学科和跨文化经历以及未来专业学习共同体的建设对于教师能动性的发展具有重要作用.本研究为外语教师能动性研究提供了新视角,也为外语教师发展研究提供了现实参考和借鉴.
Abstract
This study examines French teachers'agency and the influencing factors in the transformation to International and Regional Studies in Chinese universities.Based on the ecological perspective,through semi-structured interviews with 10 French teachers,this study reveals three types of agency development,from conceptual shock to structural interaction,and finally to the construction of a transformation-friendly environment.The study highlights the importance of interdisciplinary and intercultural experiences,as well as the establishment of professional learning communities in fostering teachers'agency.It provides a new perspective on the research of foreign language teachers'agency and offers practical implications and insights for the development of foreign language teachers.
