摘要

《新时代全球胜任力标准》是在全球化背景下针对中国高等教育育人目标进行的系统性研究与设计成果,旨在培养兼具家国情怀和全球竞争力并能堪当大任的国际化人才.课题组基于我国国情,结合国际经验,经过初步研判、文献分析、框架构建、描述语起草和优化完善五个阶段,构建了由人文素养、智慧素养、沟通素养和合作素养四大核心素养,十二大关键领域与五级描述语组成的标准指标体系.《新时代全球胜任力标准》在强调学生德性与能力并重的同时,融入了中华优秀传统文化,提出了具有中国特色的全球胜任力教育理念,为高校人才培养提供了科学参考.

Abstract

The construction of Global Competence Standards for the New Era is a comprehensive study aligned with the educational goals of Chinese higher education in the context of globalization.It aims to develop international talents who possess both global competitiveness and a profound understanding of Chinese cultural heritage.Drawing on international practices in China's context,the research team followed a five-phase process,i.e.,preliminary research,literature review,framework development,descriptor drafting,and refinement,to create a robust global competence framework.This framework encompasses four core competencies:humanity,intelligence,communication,and cooperation,with twelve key domains and their corresponding descriptors.Global Competence Standards for the New Era highlights the integration of abilities and virtues,incorporating traditional Chinese culture within a globally oriented framework,and providing a valuable complement to the existing higher education standards.
