摘要
以微乳剂的外观、乳液稳定性、冷贮稳定性、热贮稳定性等为性能指标,采用相转移法,对溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、水质等配方组分进行筛选试验,最终确定了 5%虫螨腈微乳剂的优选配方的质量分数为:5%虫螨腈,15%环己酮,20%复配乳化剂A,5%丙二醇,水补足至 100%.按上述配方制备的 5%虫螨腈微乳剂各项性能指标均合格,具有良好的开发和应用前景.
Abstract
The optimized formulation of chlorfenapyr 5%microemulsion(ME)was developed in terms of appearance,emulsion stability,and cold and hot storage stabilities by the inverse phase method,which involves screening of solvents,emulsifiers,antifreeze agents,and water quality.The optimized formulation of chlorfenapyr 5%ME was as follows:chlorfenapyr 5%,cyclohexanone 15%,compound emulsifier A 20%,propylene glycol 5%,and water(rest).At this optimized formulation,the performance indices of chlorfenapyr 5%ME met the requirements and have good prospects for practical applications and further development.
