Forest health care, which combines tourism, recreation, and wellness,is crucial for improving forestry ecology and promoting rural revitalization. The effective use of these resources can enhance residents'quality of life, promote healthy living and economic growth, and strike a balance between ecology and the economy. However, the distribution of forest health care resources and the factors influencing them remain unclear, which limits the scientific planning and sustainable development of the industry. We analyzed the distribution of forest health care resources in Fujian Province and the factors influencing them. The results indicated that,at the provincial level, forest health care resources, especially forest health care bases, exhibited a clustered distribution, whereas wellness cities and towns were more evenly distributed. The regions, such as Nanping,Sanming, and Quanzhou, had richer resources. The significant influencing factors included natural factors(forest coverage, number of nature reserves, area of coniferous forest)and social factors(road mileage and road density). These results have guiding significance for the planning and development of forest health care industry in Fujian Province, and contribute to the optimal allocation of resources and regional balanced development.
