摘要
科学技术是推动社会进步的根本动力，信息科技本改变了人类社会资源利用模式，开辟了大数据资源利用的新时代。本文分析了大数据时代特点，总结了其对传统资源利用模式造成的冲击，基于大数据技术提出切实可行的资源利用方案。
Abstract
The science and technology is the fundamental driving force of social progress,information technology in the change mode of human society resource utilization, opened up a new era of big data resource utilization.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the age of big data,summarizes the cause on the traditional paterns of resource use impact,based on large data technology and puts forward the feasible resource utilization scheme.
