社会认知语言学视域下隐喻性话语的意义建构

摘要
社会认知语言学把个体(心理)认知和社会认知融入语言的认知研究中.从个体(心理)认知来看,隐喻性话语的意义建构是受制于知觉内容双重性机理的知觉活动,但其发生离不开外部社会语境的参与,这就是社会认知在隐喻性话语意义建构中的体现.文章探讨隐喻意义建构中的个体(心理)认知和社会认知活动,并依据具身认知的动力学范式构筑隐喻性话语意义建构的具身认知动力系统模型.这一模型指出隐喻性话语的意义建构具有具身性、社会性以及动力系统性的属性特征.
Abstract
Sociocognitive linguistics proposes that language research should be approached from both dimensions of individual(mental)cognition and social cognition.From the dimension of individual(mental)cognition,the meaning construction process of meta-phorical utterances is a perceptual activity governed by the mechanism of duality of perceptual content,and this process relies greatly on the social context,which is the social cognition in metaphorical utterances'meaning making.This paper,by combining individual(mental)cognition and social cognition in metaphorical meaning construction,puts forward a model of metaphorical utterances'meaning making based on the dynamics paradigm of embodied cognition,and the model states that the meaning ma-king of metaphorical utterances is an emergent process by means of several factors and is thus of embodied,social and dynamic-systemic nature.
