全球语言格局中的语言权重及其评价指标体系探析

摘要
全球语言格局中的语言权重是探察全球语言治理状况的一个客观依据,事关提高中文国际化与国际影响力大局,是总体国家安全观视域下关乎国家语言安全与发展的战略问题,但目前国内对此问题的研究有待深入.系统梳理和分析语言权重的概念体系和评价体系,有助于提升中文在全球语言格局中的地位与作用.基于语言权重理论,探究法国学者卡尔韦提出的全球语言格局监测平台,即世界语言晴雨表的指标体系,可为探讨提升中文语言权重提供建设方案和建议.
Abstract
The language weight in the global language landscape serves as an objective basis for examining the state of global language governance.This is a critical issue for enhancing the internationalization and global influence of the Chinese language and also a strategic issue of national security and development from the perspective of Holistic National Security.However,there is a need for in-depth research on this topic.Systematically organizing and analyzing the conceptual and evaluative framework of language weight may contribute to elevating the status and role of the Chinese language in the global language landscape.Drawing upon the theory of language weight,this study explores the concept of the World Language Landscape Monitoring Platform proposed by French scholar Carl Wahl,namely the"World Language Barometer".This platform's index system provides valuable insights for devising strategies and recommendations to enhance the weight of the Chinese language.
