摘要
区域国别研究丰富了外语学科的内涵,同时也促进了外语类期刊传统功能的智库性转向.本文分析"隐性功能呈现""刊物、栏目显性设置""'外语+'范式""智库学术共同体建构"等当下外语期刊智库功能实现的4种方式.同时从"期刊学术性与智库可操作性的差异""智库功能的倾斜与均衡""学术话语与公共话语权力结构"等方面探讨现存的问题.本文指出,"外语核心力+国家意识+地方性+跨学科"是未来外语期刊区域国别智库功能实现的增长点与亮点.
Abstract
Country and area studies have enriched the structure of the discipline of foreign language studies,and have accelerated the process of foreign language journals'think-tank-oriented turn of their traditional functions.This study analyzes the four recent paths of achieving foreign language journals'think-tank function:demonstration of recessive functions,dominant design of journals'columns,"foreign language+"paradigm,and construction of the academic think-tank community.This study also dis-cusses the relevant problems of achieving the think-tank function of foreign language journals from the perspectives of difference between the academic features of journals and operability of think-tanks,emphasis and balance of think-tank functions,and po-wer structure of academic and public discourse,etc.This study points out that the combination of core power of foreign langua-ges,national consciousness,local distinctiveness and cross-discipline is the effective path of achieving the think-tank function of country and area studies in the future.
