Based on factor analysis,this paper examines the development of 53 county areas in Zhejiang Province,extracts the five public factors of economic development scale,foreign trade,social service,living standard and industrial structure,calculates the corresponding factor scores,and conducts cluster analysis of the 53 county areas based on the five public factors and each factor score.Using the entropy weight method,this paper proposes an improved model construction method,and further demonstrates the accuracy of the improved method and the scientificity of the indicator system through horizontal comparison with the results of the initial factor analysis method.Finally,an empirical analysis is conducted to master the law of county area development,which will provide decision-making basis for the management and performance practice of government departments.
