The DC bus voltage stability control method for energy routers on offshore platforms is still not perfect. In order to solve the problem that the DC bus voltage of energy routers is severely impacted by pulse loads on offshore platforms,a hybrid energy storage system is introduced and a bi-directional DC/DC converter power predictive control strategy considering the voltage fluctuation coefficient and a power management method considering the energy limit of hybrid energy storage are proposed. After simulation, the dynamic response of the DC bus voltage of the system meets the expected requirements. An experimental platform of the energy routers on offshore platforms is built, and the high dynamic response and stability of the scheme are verified through the experiment.
