Influence of Different Operating Conditions on Surface Roughness Characteristics of Sliding Friction Pairs
The operating conditions of electric locomotives will influence the surface roughness of the sliding friction pairs of pantograph catenary system,which in turn influences the current collection quality,operation safety and service life of the electric locomotives.Therefore,it is important to study the change characteristics between the operating conditions of electric locomotives and the surface roughness of the sliding friction pairs of pantograph catenary system.This paper carries out sliding electrical contact experiments based on the self-developed sliding electrical contact experimental machine,and obtains the variation of the surface roughness parameters of the sliding friction pairs under different operating speeds,contact currents and contact pressures.Based on the mathematical method of multiple linear regression,a mathematical model of surface roughness parameters of the sliding friction pairs with respect to the operating speed,contact pressure and contact current is established,and the reliability of the model is verified through experiment.
