Impact of digital inclusion level on subjective well-being of older adults——Empirical analysis based on CGSS data
In order to actively respond to the context of population aging and digitization,this paper selects CGSS2017 data and investigates the effect of digital inclusion level on subjective well-being of older adults in China in the context of subjective well-being research.The results of the study found that the level of digital inclusion has a facilitating effect on the subjective well-being of older adults,and further confirmed the correctness of the findings by addressing endogeneity through the instrumental variables method,while digital inclusion is positively proportional to age,physical and mental health,number of children,and economic status,and finally confirmed the correctness of the results through robustness.The study recommends:to accelerate the recommended Internet age-appropriate transformation,to provide a more convenient and safer Internet environment for the elderly,so that they can have a happier life in their old age.
