高校课程思政与师德师风融合建设路径探析

高等院校的根本任务是立德树人,教师是立德树人的主体力量,课程是立德树人的基础环节和主渠道,课程思政是推动课程建设的积极因素,师德师风是教师为人师表的根本保障.近年来,随着立体化教师发展体系的构筑,高校课程思政与师德师风建设取得了长足发展.但客观而言,高校课程思政与师德师风建设还存在不少需要深入探究、回应解答的理论与实践问题,如何理解两者的关系,便是其中之一.本文从两者的内涵入手,分析两者内在联系及其建设中存在的问题,探讨高校课程思政与师德师风融合建设的若干路径.
Exploring the integration path of ideological and political education with teachers'ethics and standards in college course development
The fundamental role of collages is to foster virtue through education,with teachers serving as the primary driving force behind this development.The curriculum constitutes the crucial link and primary channel through which moral character is fostered,while curriculum ideology and politics act as positive factors that drive the construction of curriculum.Furthermore,teachers'ethics and standards serve as the fundamental guarantee that enables them to act as role models.In recent years,significant advancements have been made in the development of college curriculum ideology,politics,and teacher ethics,thanks to the implementation of the three-dimensional teacher development system.However,there remain numerous theoretical and practical issues that require in-depth exploration and resolution.Among these,understanding the relationship between these elements is of paramount importance.This paper delves into the significance of both curriculum ideology and teacher ethics,analyzing the interconnections between them and the challenges that arise during the construction process.Additionally,it explores several approaches to integrating ideological and political thinking with the ethical standards of teachers in the college curriculum.
