利用Web of Science和中国知网的数据资源,采用Citespace知识图谱的可视化技术,总结了当前全球范围内关于人工智能伦理风险的研究动态.结果表明:1.2014-2024年国内外人工智能伦理风险研究文献数均经历了由缓慢到迅速增长的过程;2.在学术交流中,众多国内外研究者和机构已构建了合作网络系统,中国的发文量与国际水平相比处于追赶阶段;3.通过关键词可视化分析及其聚类可见,人工智能伦理风险研究长期聚焦在教育学、医学、心理学等领域;4.国内外研究重点存在差异,国内研究更侧重于教育伦理、伦理风险、伦理治理等方面,而国外研究则更关注医疗伦理、心理健康、技术应用等议题;5.国内研究从技术发展关注转向伦理规范探讨,重视人机共生与价值共识.国外则从构建AI伦理框架到算法优化、风险管理,关注生成式AI在个体和家庭的应用.对当前国内人工智能伦理风险研究的启示包括:本土化伦理框架、强化跨学科合作、提升国际交流、重视隐私保护、平衡技术创新影响.
Research progress in AI ethics risk based on citespace
Utilizing data from Web of Science and CNKI,and employing visualization technology of Citespace knowledge graph,this paper concludes the global research progress concerning Artificial Intelligence(AI)ethics risks.Findings reveal(1)There has been a notable growth trajectory in research literature related to artificial intelligence ethics risks from 2014 to 2024,both domestically and internationally;(2)Significant collaborative network has been established among researchers and institutions globally,with China's scholarly output aligning with international one;(3)Evidently,the research on artificial intelligence ethics risks has predominantly focused on domains such as education,medicine,and psychology through sophisticated keyword visualization analysis and clustering;(4)Distinct research emphases exist between domestic and international studies,with domestic research highlighting education ethics,ethical risks,and governance while international research stressing more on medical ethics,psychological well-being,and technological applications;(5)Domestic research has transitioned from a focus on technological advancements to in-depth exploration of ethical norms,emphasizing the synergy between humans and machines and the importance of consensus on values.In contrast,international research has moved from constructing AI ethical frameworks to optimizing algorithms,managing risks,and exploring the use of generative AI in personal and household contexts.Recommendations for current domestic research on AI ethics risks include ethical frameworks localization,further interdisciplinary collaboration,international exchanges improvement,privacy safeguards prioritization,and a ensured balanced approach to technological innovation.
