Research on the integrated development of general aviation and regional industry from the perspective of new quality productivity
In the context of vigorously developing new quality productivity,the integrated development of general aviation and regional industries can foster regional economic development by promoting the transformation of old driving forces and facilitating industrial upgrading,thus achieving the cultivation of new quality productivity.Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis based on the vertical and horizontal scatter degree method and the CRITIC method,this paper finds that the approaches to promoting the integrated development of general aviation and regional industry which should be selected vary significantly across different provinces in China and the nuclear density estimation results show that there is a trend of continuous differentiation in the approaches.On the basis of choosing the right approaches,provinces should adopt measures such as further deepening the"streamlining of administration,delegating powers,and improving regulation and services"reform in low-altitude airspace,accelerating the construction of general aviation infrastructure,and making breakthroughs in key technologies through scientific and technological innovation,so as to promote the integrated development of general aviation and regional industries,and the formation of new quality productivity.
