长株潭城市群生态环境与城镇化时空耦合协调关系——基于遥感生态指数和夜间灯光指数

摘要

城镇化是推动社会经济发展、影响区域生态安全格局的重要因素,生态环境与城镇化的稳定协调是实现区域可持续发展的保证.为平衡城市群在城镇化发展进程中与生态环境的耦合协调关系,以长株潭城市群23个区(县)为研究对象,综合利用土地利用、夜间灯光和MODIS数据,基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)平台,构建2002~2022年夜间灯光指数和遥感生态指数分别表征城镇化水平和生态环境质量,并采用耦合协调度模型探析长株潭城市群城镇化与生态环境耦合协调的等级聚类和时空差异.结果表明:①2002~2022年,长株潭城市群热度变化显著,降低29.26%,且除炎陵县外,其他区(县)生态环境质量均有不同程度下降,呈倒"N"型或"M"型走势,开福区、天心区、天元区等城镇建设活动多的区(县)遥感生态指数下降幅度最大;②长株潭城市群城镇化水平有所提高,夜间灯光指数整体呈上升趋势,但2022年增速低于2017年,区(县)之间发展不均衡,城镇化水平较高的区(县)集中在长沙;③长株潭城市群多数区(县)耦合度在2002~2022年处于从拮抗到磨合过渡的阶段,2012年耦合度整体处于较高水平,但17个区(县)在2017年又落回较低阶段.2022年长株潭城市群大部分区(县)耦合协调度达到协调状态,部分区(县)长期失调,整体耦合协调情况较好,但空间分布不均衡,呈现中北部高、南部低的特征.

Abstract

Urbanization is an important factor in promoting socio-economic development and influencing regional ecological security patterns,and the stable coordination of the ecological environment and urbanization is a guarantee of achieving sustainable regional development.In order to balance the coupling coordinated relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in the urbanization development process of urban agglomerations,the 23 counties of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration were taken as the research object,the land use,nighttime lighting and MODIS data were comprehensively collected;based on Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform,the nighttime lighting index and remote sensing ecological index were constructed to characterize the level of urbanization and ecological environment quality respectively from 2002 to 2022,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the hierarchical clustering and spatial-temporal differences of the coupling coordination between urbanization and ecological environment in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration.The results show that ① from 2002 to 2022,the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration experiences a significant change in heat,decreasing by 29.26%;and the ecological quality of counties,except for Yanling county,decrease to different degrees,showing an inverted N-type or M-type trend,with the greatest decrease in remote sensing ecological indexes in Kaifu district,Tianxin district,Tianyuan district and other counties,where there are many urban construction activities;② the urbanization level of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration increases,and the nighttime lighting index is on the rise overall,but the growth rate in 2022 is lower than that in 2017,the development between counties is uneven,and the counties with higher levels concentrate in Changsha;③most counties in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration are in the stage of transition from antagonism to friction from 2002 to 2022,and the overall coupling degree is at a high level in 2012,but 17 counties fall back to a lower stage in 2017.In 2022,most counties in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration have reached a state of harmonization in terms of the coupling degree of coordination,and some counties are out of harmony for a long period,and the overall coupling and coordination situation are better,but the spatial distribution is unbalanced,with the characteristics of high in the north-central part and low in the south.
