Influence of epoxy resin composite phase change material on road and temperature regulation performance of asphalt mixture
To solve the problem of insufficient thermal stability and mechanical properties of phase change materials for asphalt mixture,a new type of epoxy resin composite phase change material was prepared by using epoxy resin composite and pentadecane shaped encapsulation phase change material,and equal volume substitution method was used in asphalt mixture.The phase change and thermal properties of epoxy resin composite phase change materials were tested and analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),differential thermal(TG)analysis and thermal conductivity meter.The temperature regulation performance and effect of phase change asphalt mixture were analyzed by temperature regulation test,and the road performance of phase change asphalt mixture was verified.The results show that the phase change enthalpy of epoxy resin composite phase change material can reach more than 60 J/g,and there is almost no heat loss within 180 ℃,with high heat storage density and good thermal stability.The apparent specific heat capacity increases significantly in the phase change interval,and the maximum values are 10.9 and 6.7J/(g·℃)during the heating and cooling process,respectively.The greater the content of phase change material,the better the temperature regulation effect,the temperature regulation performance is also related to the location of the mixture.The maximum temperature difference and the maximum temperature change rate of the phase change asphalt mixture increase with the increase of depth.The phase change asphalt mixture has significant temperature regulation effect under each content.When the content of epoxy resin composite phase change material is less than 4%,the phase change asphalt mixture can meet the road performance requirements.7 tabs,13 figs,25 refs.
