矩形钢管混凝土连续组合桁梁破坏模式

为了对矩形钢管混凝土组合桁梁桥工程设计提供参考并助力该桥型的进一步推广应用,采用与试验结果相验证的有限元方法对矩形钢管混凝土连续组合桁梁主桁应力、混凝土桥面板应力、桥面板钢筋应力、核心混凝土应力、杆件屈服进程、杆件塑性变形进行失效全过程分析.基于截面塑性铰模型提出矩形钢管混凝土连续组合桁梁合理破坏机制;以截面刚度、承载力、结构是否发生合理破坏模式为评价指标,对桥面板配筋率、桥面板厚度、腹杆和弦杆壁厚比、弦杆内填混凝土强度等级等一系列设计参数合理取值范围展开研究.研究结果表明:桥面板配筋率合理取值宜为1.39%~2.31%;桥面板厚度对组合桁梁负弯矩区承载力影响更为明显;腹杆与弦杆壁厚比a的合理分布为0.667~1.0;中支点下弦杆、跨中上弦杆内填混凝土强度等级的提高对提升组合桁梁刚度和承载力效应更为显著.
Failure mode of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular continuous composite truss beam
In order to provide reference for the engineering design of CFRST composite truss bridges and assist in the further promotion and application of this bridge type,the finite element method verified by the test results was used to analyze the whole failure process of the stress of the main truss,concrete deck slab,steel reinforcements,core concrete,and the yielding and plastic deformation of members.Meanwhile the reasonable failure mechanism of CFRST continuous composite truss beam based on the section plastic hinge model was proposed.Regarding the sectional stiffness,bearing capacity,and whether the structure has a reasonable failure mode as the evaluation index,the research was carried out on the reasonable value range of a series of design parameters such as the reinforcement ratio of bridge deck slab,the thickness of bridge deck slab,the wall thickness ratio of the brace and chord,and strength grade of concrete filled in the chord.The results show that the reasonable range of reinforcement ratio of bridge deck slab should be 1.39%to 2.31%,the thickness of the bridge deck slab has a more significant impact on the bearing capacity of the negative bending moment region of the composite truss beam,the reasonable distribution range of the wall thickness ratio of brace to chord should be 0.667 to 1.0,the improvement of concrete strength grade in the lower chord of the mid-support section and the upper chord of the mid-span section have a more significant effect on improving the stiffness and bearing capacity of the composite truss beam.5 tabs,23 figs,27 refs.
