多工位自平衡式挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验台设计与分析

针对现有疲劳试验台架仅适用于某种型号挖掘机动臂和斗杆的疲劳试验,导致资源利用率低、试验成本高,设计了一种适用于多种型号挖掘机工作装置的自平衡式疲劳试验台.首先,以整机质量6、8、20 t的挖掘机工作装置为疲劳试验对象,根据设计要求结合力学原理完成多工位自平衡式挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验台的结构设计;然后,基于有限元理论开展疲劳试验台在极限载荷下的结构强度、刚度分析;其次,分别基于热点应力法和名义应力法对焊缝结构和螺栓群、吊杆连接结构进行疲劳寿命评估,分析预紧力对吊杆结构疲劳寿命的影响;最后,完成20 t挖掘机动臂疲劳试验.研究结果表明:多工位自平衡式挖掘机工作装置疲劳试验台可满足多种型号挖掘机工作装置的疲劳试验加载,提高了疲劳试验台的通用性,分析与试验结果验证了疲劳试验台的设计合理性和有效性.
Design and analysis of fatigue test bench for excavator working equipment with multiple test positions and load self-balancing function
Due to the fact that the existing fatigue test bench is only suitable for fatigue testing of a certain model of excavator boom and bucket,it results in low resource utilization and high testing costs.A self-balancing fatigue test bench suitable for various types of excavator working devices was designed.Firstly,the fatigue test was conducted on excavator working devices with a total weight of 6,8,20 t.Based on the design requirements and mechanical principles,the structural design of a multi-station self-balancing excavator working device fatigue test bench was completed.Secondly,based on the finite element theory,the structural strength and the stiffness analysis of the fatigue test bench under the ultimate load were carried out.Thirdly,based on the hot spot stress method and nominal stress method,fatigue life assessment was carried out on the welded joint structure,bolt group,and suspension rod,and the influecnce of preload on the fatigue life of the suspension rod was analyzed and studied.Finally,the fatigue test of 20 t excavator arm was performed.The results show that the fatigue test bench that designed can be used for fatigue testing loading of various types of excavator working devices,improving the universality of the fatigue test bench.The rationality and effectiveness of the design of the fatigue test bench have been verified.11 tabs,22 figs,27 refs.
