Research on Configuration Effect of the Factors Affecting the Transformation Efficiency of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Shaanxi Province
Improving the efficiency of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important means for the transition of China to an innovative country and the high-quality development of Shaanxi's economy.From the integration perspective,the factor analysis method and the fuzzy set qualitative comparison method are used to explore the configuration effects of the influencing factors on the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi province from three aspects:institution,organization and resources.The results show that it is difficult for a single level of factors to determine the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Policy coordination under identity self-consistency,policy supply under intermediary strength,and technological resources under identity self-consistency are the three configuration types to achieve high transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi,among which identity self-consistency plays a key role.Organizational elements can make up for the lack of policy supply in certain situations,and the institutional strength and identity self-consistency within organizational elements can replace each other in certain situations.The research conclusions can provide professional reference for optimizing the policies for the highly efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi.
