为了研究甲胺基金属卤化物MAPbX3铁电半导体的铁电性对光伏性能的影响,文中梳理了近几年MAPbX3的相关研究文献,分析了 MAPbX3晶体的光学吸收和载流子输运性能的影响因素,阐述了 MAPbX3铁电性的验证方法及铁电体中载流子的分离机制,介绍了铁电半导体的应用,重点分析了 MAPbX3晶体结构方面的研究争议,讨论了 MAPbX3铁电性与铁弹性的关系,并对光伏器件的设计以及应用提出了新的研究思路.
Research Progress of Methylamine based Metal Halide MAPbX3 Ferroelectric Semiconductors
The study aims to examine the effect on photovoltaic properties of the ferroelectricity of methylamine based metal halide MAPbX3 ferroelectric semiconductors.On the basis of the related literature on MAPbX3 in recent years,the paper analyzes the factors affecting optical absorption and carrier transport properties of MAPbX3 crystals,describes the methods for verifying ferroelectricity of MAPbX3 and the carrier separation mechanism in MAPbX3 ferroelectric,and introduces the application of ferroelectric semiconductors,with emphasis on the disputes over the MAPbX3 crystal structure.The relationship between ferroelectricity and ferroelasticity of MAPbX3 is discussed,and also new ideas for studying the design and application of photovoltaic devices are developed.
