储氢装备关键技术研究进展

储氢是氢能全产业链五大关键环节之一.本文综述了加氢站储氢装备关键技术的发展和挑战.高压气态储氢技术成熟,成本较低,应用广泛,但其体积储氢密度较低和安全性问题是当下面临的技术发展瓶颈.固态储氢提供了更高的体积储氢密度和放氢纯度,但存在成本高和循环性能差的技术挑战.低温液态储氢技术虽然储氢密度最高,但液化过程能耗高且设备成本高.有机液态储氢在远距离运输和存储方面的优势突显,而技术复杂度高和成本问题尚未得到解决.文章通过详细阐述这些技术的优缺点,探讨了它们的应用前景,指出了未来研究方向,旨在推动更有效的储氢解决方案的研发,助力氢能发展成为未来能源体系的关键组成部分.
Review on Key Technologies of Hydrogen Storage Equipment
Hydrogen storage is one of the five key links in the entire hydrogen energy industry chain.Some key technologies of hydrogen storage equipment for hydrogen refueling stations are reviewed in this paper.High-pressure gaseous hydrogen storage technology is mature and cost-effective,which have found wide application,but its low volume hydrogen storage density and safety issues are the bottlenecks currently faced in the technological development.Solid state hydrogen storage provides higher volumetric hydrogen storage density and hydrogen release purity,but there are technical challenges such as high cost and poor cycling performance.Although cryogenic storage technology has the highest hydrogen storage density,the liquefaction process requires high energy consumption and equipment costs.Organic liquid hydrogen storage has prominent advantages in long-distance transportation and storage,but the high technical complexity and cost issues have not yet been solved.This paper elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies,explores their future applications,and points out future research directions,aiming to promote the development of more effective hydrogen storage solutions and help hydrogen energy develop into a key component of the future energy system.
