POS算法的面齿轮测量模型高精度求解方法

为了得到精确的面齿轮理论测量模型,根据面齿轮加工原理和CNC齿轮测量中心的测量原理,设计了直齿面齿轮理论测量模型;并利用改进的POS算法对面齿轮测量模型进行了求解,将得到的结果和利用第三方软件得到的求解结果进行比较,发现绝对误差不超过1μm;最后利用CNC齿轮测量中心进行了面齿轮测量实验验证,实现了面齿轮的齿面误差和齿距误差测量,证明了该方法的有效性,同时提高了面齿轮测量软件系统的可移植性.
High Precision Solution of Face Gear Measurement Model based on POS Algorithm
In order to obtain an accurate model for the theoretical measurement of face gear,the paper presents a theoretical measurement model of straight face gear according to the face gear machining principle and the measuring principle of CNC gear measuring center.The improved POS algorithm was used to solve the theoretical measurement model.The results obtained were compared with the ones obtained by using the third-party software,showing that the absolute error is less than 1um.Finally,the face gear measurement model was experimentally verified by using the CNC gear measuring center.The tooth surface error and tooth pitch error of the face gear got measured,verifying the effectiveness of the method.The study also improves the portability of the face gear measurement software system.
