Seismic Performance of RC Frame Structure with Existing Drilled Core
ANSYS seismic response spectrum method is used to study the seismic performance of RC frame structures before and after core drilling under the action of frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes and rare earthquakes. The results show that when the core sampling number of the first, second and third layers is 5,6 and 6 respectively, the displacement change of the first layer is the largest.Under the action of frequent earthquakes, the displacement response of the RC frame structure after core drilling changes the most, the maximum deviation being 6.41%.Under the action of fortification and rare earthquakes, the displacement responses of the RC frame structure after core drilling are similar to each other, both smaller than that under the action of frequent earthquakes. The damage analysis results show that there is no obvious stress concentration damage in the cores on the frame beam members. The frame column members where obvious stress concentration in the cores emerges are all in the first layer.
