摘要

为了逆向重建DA-42 飞机起落架减震器,首先通过拆解测量实物,进行减震器的结构模型设计;然后根据飞机总体参数和减震器结构模型,结合经验公式和Adams软件开展减震器载荷的理论计算和仿真分析,得到飞机在三点着陆工况、俯仰角为 2°、6°、10°及与各俯仰角分别对应的右滚转角为0°、1°、2°、3°的工况下的载荷结果及减震器最大轴向力变化规律;最后通过与整机实验的对比证明了计算结果的可靠性.研究结果为DA-42 飞机起落架减震器国产化提供一定的支持.

Abstract

In order to reconstruct the landing gear shock absorber of DA-42 aircraft in reverse,the structural model of the shock absorber is designed by disassembling the measuring object.Then,according to the overall parameters of the aircraft and the structure model of the shock absorber,combined with the empirical formula and Adams software,the theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the shock absorber load are carried out.The load results and the maximum axial force of the shock absorber are obtained under the three-point landing scenarios,with pitch angles of 2°,6°,10° and right roll angles of 0°,1°,2°,3° corresponding to each pitch angle respectively.Finally,the reliability of the calculated results is proved by comparison with the whole machine experiment.The results provide some support for the localization of DA-42 landing gear shock absorbers.
