某系留气球整流罩热适应性设计

整流罩是系留气球重要组成部分,其内部环境受工作海拔高度、太阳辐射以及任务设备热耗等诸多因素影响.本文以某系留气球为对象,采用整流罩壁面传热和整流罩壁面传热+强迫通风两种不同的设计方案,在不同工作高度下对该系留气球整流罩的工作环境温度进行仿真分析.结果表明,采用整流罩壁面传热+强迫通风方案,送风风量为3 000m3·h-1 可满足不同高度下整流罩内部环控温度需求,该方案在实践中已得到成功应用.
Fairing is an important part of tethered balloon,and its internal environment is affected by many factors such as working altitude,solar radiation and heat consumption of mission equipment.Taking a certain type of tethered balloon as the study object,two different design schemes of fairing wall heat transfer and fairing wall heat transfer+forced ventilation to simulate and analyze the working environment temperature of the tethered balloon fairing at different working heights.The results show that using the scheme of heat transfer and forced ventilation on the wall of the fairing,the supply air volume of 3 000 m3·h-1 can meet the requirements of the temperature control inside the fairing at different heights,and the scheme has been successfully applied in practice.
